Four world-class athletes, two American Champions and two Russian Olympic medalists, travel to Japan to work with world-renowned figure-skating coach Nina Mozer. The grueling training draws out their inspirational stories about the serious injuries, body shaming, and social prejudices they had to overcome on their journey back to the top. Despite the political climate and being direct competitors, the four form a profound friendship on their way to redemption.
