In 1980s England, a sheltered boy looking for an escape falls in with a troublemaking classmate who’s obsessed with an action movie. With a borrowed video camera and big imaginations, they set out to shoot their own homemade epic for a kids’ film competition, testing their friendship as school and family pressures close in.
