In 1990s New York, an undercover police officer is assigned to lure and arrest gay men in public spaces. When he forms a secret connection with one of his targets, growing feelings collide with mounting pressure to deliver arrests, forcing him to navigate fear, surveillance, and a life lived in hiding.
