Moved by the surreal beauty, cultural richness, and spiritual resonance of the experience, she began writing poetry in the field. Those poems became this film. Shot by National Geographic Director of Photography Marco Eveslage, narrated by Patty Mooney with an original musical score, and set against the sacred foothills of Everest, Golden Hour is a meditation on endurance, transformation, and the radiant possibilities that emerge when we dare to chase the light.
