When strange, coded messages start appearing on local kids’ phones after nearby construction begins, a tight-knit group of friends sets out on a secret, last-chance adventure before their neighborhood changes forever. Following the clues into the desert, they uncover an otherworldly visitor in trouble and decide to help, even as adults close in.
