After a civil war leaves Manhattan cut off as a demilitarized zone, a determined medic enters the ruined island to search for the child she lost during the city’s evacuation. With the outside world out of reach, she must navigate shifting factions, dangerous leaders, and scarce resources while trying to hold on to hope.
