California Dreamin'

During the Kosovo War in 1999, a NATO train carrying military equipment is unexpectedly halted in a small Romanian village by the local railway chief, who also runs the town’s underworld. As the stranded soldiers and villagers collide, everyday routines give way to tense, funny, and revealing encounters that reshape the community.
