During the 1992 Los Angeles uprising after the Rodney King verdict, a father tries to rebuild his life and reconnect with his teenage son. Across town, another strained father-son pair plans a risky theft at a factory, and as the city’s unrest grows, both families are pulled into a dangerous collision.
