A fisherman lives a solitary, repetitive existence — alone on the water, catching fish, selling fish, returning to catch more. His life is small, self-contained, and entirely defined by the sea. Then he hears the siren's song. What follows is inevitable: his fish dies, he dies, and the sea takes him completely — dissolving him back into the vast oneness from which all things come. A lyrical, mythic short that uses the ancient legend of the siren to explore solitude, longing, and the obliterating pull of beauty. Free with ads.
