A group of friends heads out on a road trip to start a new life in the big city, but a breakdown leaves them relying on a stranger’s semi for help. When they uncover a suspicious cargo of blood, they’re taken to an isolated warehouse where vicious, blood-hungry creatures turn the night into a desperate fight to survive.
