(6) LIVE-STREAM NARRATIVE — the script's climax depends on a live-streaming television broadcast; production design must credibly present a network TV sound stage and a real live-stream event, which may require practical broadcast equipment. (7) HISTORICAL MONUMENT REVEAL — the Cornelius family ownership twist and the community center's threatened demolition subplot must be planted clearly in act one to pay off credibly; the current script could benefit from tighter seeding of the Businessman scenes. (8) MARIE/KENYA MOTHER-DAUGHTER ARC — this emotional spine is the film's heart; the two actresses must have palpable chemistry despite spending most of the film apart.
